Ingredients

2kg cooked mashed kumara
pepper and salt
2-3 finely chopped onions
50g butter
1 tin sweetened crushed pineapple and juice

TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup conflakes

Method

Cooking Instructions

Cook and mash kumara, season with salt and pepper. Cook onion in the butter in the microwave until soft. Add tin of pineapple and juice. Put in an oven proof dish and add topping. Grill until crisp.
