44 medium kumara
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely sliced dates
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 sliced spring onions
2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation Instructions
Cook kumara till tender, cool and dice. Mix together mayonnaise, orange juice, curry powder, sauce, brown sugar. Place kumara, dates, celery, spring onion into bowl. Pour over dressing. Chill and serve.
