475g butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder
3 cups milk (approx)
500g kumara
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp chicken stock
1/4 cup cream (optional)
Preparation Instructions
Place crushed garlic, curry powder and butter in pot. Add sliced kumara and heat but do not brown. Add water and cook until tender. Stir in stock powder. Puree and add milk (and optional cream if using) and reheat.
