zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation Instructions
Boil kumara, drain and cool. Mix in chopped apple, onion, raisins and lemon zest. Mix dressing and add to kumara. Fold in the nuts. If left to set for an hour before serving the flavours will intensify.
