Ingredients

1 can reduced cream
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 cups cooked skinned gold kumara
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli paste

Method

Preparation Instructions

Blend all of the above in a kitchen processor. Season to taste.

Serving Instructions

Place in bowl and garnish with a sprig of parsley or even a sprinkle of chili flakes if desired.
