Ingredients

2 cups raw grated Beauregard kumara
3/4 cup celery, finely sliced
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

Method

Preparation Instructions

In a bowl, cover grated kumara with ice water. Let stand for several minutes, then drain.

Cooking Instructions

In clean bowl, combine kumara with remaining ingredients. Toss to blend.

Serving Instructions

Chill until ready to serve.
